*I accept full responsibility for my vehicle, decorations, and personal belongings and will not hold Patterson Elementary PTO, Conroe ISD, its staff, volunteers, or representatives responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.

*I agree to follow all event rules and understand that failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the event.
